Terms and Conditions of Use:

1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Rise-Up Against Poverty (“Rise-Up”) forum service for any reason, without notice at any time in our sole and absolute discretion and without any obligation to provide reasons for such decision or action.
2. We reserve the right, in accordance with any applicable laws, to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time in our sole and absolute discretion and without any obligation to provide reasons for such decision or action.
3. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable to IDRF in its sole and absolute discretion or that violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions of Use.
4. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name, for keeping your password secure, and for keeping your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
5. You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, transfer your account to anyone, or otherwise jeopardize the security of your account without first getting our written permission.
6. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links or other content that you submit, post, and display on the Rise-Up forum.
7. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other users.
8. You must not, in the use of the Rise-Up forum, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
9. You may not use the Rise-Up forum for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content (i.e. you will not participate in any forms of harassment and hate speech).
10. You must not modify, adapt, reverse engineer or hack the Rise-Up forum or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with IDRF or the Rise-Up campaign in anyway.
11. You must not create or submit unwanted email to any Rise-Up forum members (i.e. “Spam”).
12. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of any nature, particularly where it is of a destructive nature.
13. Excerpts from this website may be copied or reproduced for print without permission for educational and non-commercial purposes only. If quotes or excerpts are used, full acknowledgement must be given to IDRF (the International Development Relief Fund). Full acknowledgement includes citing the full name of the International Development Relief Fund, the title and URL of the web page, and the date on which the information was captured.
14. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Rise-Up forum. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove any text and images you have stored in the system.
15. IDRF will use its commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the system of storage of your accounts, texts and images but does not guarantee up-time, and may with two business days prior notice by email or otherwise notifying you that it intends to terminate the storage measures, it being your responsibility in such instance to move your materials to another site or otherwise store such information, data and text.
16. IDRF undertakes to obey all relevant copyright laws. We will review all claims of copyright infringement received and remove content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws.
17. These Terms and Conditions of Use may be modified, varied, amended or replaced from time to time at the sole discretion of IDRF, and such modified, varied, amended or replaced Terms and Conditions of Use shall be deemed accepted by you upon delivery to you by electronic or other means of such notice of modification, variance, amendment or replacement.
